03. Creative Scope & Deliverables

For clients engaging NeoFolio for custom creative, development, or design services:

• Project Milestones: Project timelines, deliverables, and revision rounds will be clearly outlined in your specific Statement of Work (SOW).

• Approvals: Client delays in feedback or sign-offs will naturally extend the final delivery dates.

• Final Files: Upon final payment, ownership of agreed-upon creative deliverables transfers to the client, while NeoFolio retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio for promotional purposes.

04. Payment & Billing Terms

All financial transactions on our digital platform are handled securely through encrypted third-party payment gateways.

• Pricing: Prices for digital templates, subscriptions, or fixed agency retainers are subject to change without notice.

• Refund Policy: Due to the nature of downloadable digital assets (templates, source code, design files), all digital sales are final. For custom services, refund structures are governed by individual project contracts.

05. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NeoFolio, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or our templates.

NeoFolio shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of our digital products, including unexpected data loss, server downtime, or third-party platform updates (e.g., Framer or Figma platform changes).
